Sales and Business Development Manager Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad
Job Profile:
We are currently seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager in Hyderabad to present our brand to the potential customers, architects and interior designers and bring in business for the brand by providing flawless service. The Sales & Business Development Manager will work across multiple independent accounts. You will have to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set seasonal sales targets and at once business goals. In addition to managing existing accounts, you must grow Hyderabad business and find new opportunities within the industry. You should be an expert in your 'geographic territory' and understand customer needs by region. You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with the accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Hands in an effective and influential manner as Sales & Business Development Manager To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
To develop a strong foundation with architects and interior designers to bring in business through them.
An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.
Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets.
Have a strong understanding of assigned accounts, educating internally on both business processes and consumer dynamics.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts.
Manage accounts from seasonal sell-in appointments, order processing, deliveries and shipments, returns and payment queries.

Good negotiating, social and influencing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
Excellent English with good verbal communication.
